We cannot rent to you at this time.  Credit checks are run by an outside company, and any score 649 or less will be automatically declined. Please come back to us when your score is at least 650.  


It may be possible for you to raise your score by **A FEW POINTS** right now.  Google “raise my credit score instantly,” and you’ll find sites that can do it.


RECOMMENDATION: We understand you may have great income, or plenty of savings, and have always paid your rent on time but do not have a 650+ score.  Unfortunately we cannot change that requirement.  We recommend you look on Apartments.com or Craigslist.org for an individual

If your credit score is low because you are just building your credit (perhaps because you are a student or are new to the country), then most owners will rent to you.


However, most owners will require a 2x security deposit.  There cannot be any negative items on any of your credit reports.
